Technical data:
- standard format: 2500x1250 mm;
- the boards can be supplied in fixed formats or processed on CNC machine;
- made of rubberwood veneer, Hevea brasiliensis, 1.6-1.8 mm thick, glued with AW 100 moisture resistant adhesive;
- both sides are coated with dark brown phenolic film 130 g/ m2 , labelled 'TEKCOM';
- the edges are sealed with acrylic damp-proof paint;
- packaging is 52 sheets/pallet at 18 mm and 43 sheets/pallet at 21 mm;
Strength:
- 1.2 Mpa shear strength along fibre after immersion 1 hour in water at boiling temperature;
- min. 50 Mpa respectively min. 30 Mpa resistance to unconvection along the fibre, respectively transversely on the fibre;
- min. 5000 Mpa, respectively min 3500 Mpa, the modulus of linear deformation at bending, along the fibre, respectively transversely on the fibre;
- 350 in Taber digits, fibre wear resistance;
- utilisation rate: 15-18 possible reworkings, under optimum working conditions: use decofrole before each use, storage in covered spaces, sealing of edges with decofrole oil or damp-proof paint, avoid scratching, drilling or cutting in small strips;
Maximum permissible thickness tolerances according to EN 324 - 1:
+/- 0.74 mm at 18 mm
+/- 0.94 mm at 21 mm
- humidity: 8 +/- 4%;
- moisture absorption, in cant: max. 10 per cent
- specific weight: approx. 690 kg/mc;
- linearity tolerance +/- 1 mm / m according to EN 324-2;
- tolerance of the groove +/- 1mm / m according to EN 324-2
- fire resistance class: D-s2,d0,
- Class D includes products that resist low flame ignition for a short period of time and do not produce a large flame spread. Even with the Single Burning Item (SBI) test, heat release is slowed and limited. Examples: different types of wood, wood products such as plywood.
- s2 - specifies the rate of smoke release and the total amount of smoke generated, with values ranging from 1 (absent/slow) to 3 (high);
- d0 - specifies the formation of burning droplets during fire reaction tests, with values between 0 (absent) and 2 (high)

Delivery of orders
The ordered products are delivered using the delivery method and term chosen by you when placing your order. Products are in the original, sealed packaging of the manufacturer and are insured throughout the transport until delivery.
Deliveries are made by PDET's own vans and by specialised cargo courier companies.
Deliveries are from Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 17:00. For deliveries outside these hours, please contact the sales agent.
