Masonry mortar for BCA and BCU FIROS Z200 / 25KG

Masonry mortar for masonry of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks and lightweight aerated concrete.

The content of one bag is introduced in the indicated quantity of water (only clean and cold water should be used). Homogenisation will be carried out with a mechanical device equipped with a paddle spindle until a homogeneous paste is obtained. Leave the paste thus obtained to mature for 10 minutes and then mix again. Apply the mortar in a continuous layer, using a notched trowel. Place the BCA block in the correct position and embed it in the masonry by gently pressing it over the mortar. For BCA blocks without NUT and FEDER the mortar will also be applied on the ends forming the joints. The position of the blocks can be corrected up to 10 minutes after application. During the application and hardening of the mortar, the temperature of the air and the temperature of the hardening material shall be between 5 0C and 30 0C. Installation shall not be carried out in direct sunlight, rain or draughts.

Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact with eyes wash with plenty of water and consult a doctor. In case of accidental swallowing consult a doctor and show him the product packaging.

Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture.
